Do you have any openings?
That depends. We do keep a file of people interested that we contact when we have an opening coming up so make sure to fill out the fill out the form at the bottom.

How many rooms do you have?
We have 9 total rooms. We are planning an addition to the building which will add plenty of space.

How big are your rooms?
They range from 100sq ft to 180 sq ft.

How much?
Also depends but our prices range from $600-950/month.

What is included in the rent?
All utilities are included along with wifi.

Do you have laundry on site?
We do not have on site laundry.

How many years is the lease?
Cancel anytime. We charge first and last months rent as a deposit. Pay your rent on time for a year and we refund 50% of the deposit. Our goal is not to lock you into a crazy contract where you can't get out. Our goal is you be successful, happy, and then you'll probably stay with us.

After leasing the building for years we were given the opportunity to purchase the property. We were able to make this happens which give us an edge over competition. We are able to keep rates manageable by cutting out layers of markups and cost like a tradition salon leasing commercial property.
UR Salon Suites Starts

UR Salon Suites was originally Sun Kiss Tanning which also had a few suites for stylist. We purchased Sun Kiss Tanning LLC in October 2015. The tanning was a good experience but we fell in love with the Suite Rental Concept. The expeptional ladies that were renting rooms were such an inspiration which helped to get the ball rolling. In our eyes they seemed to be living what most of us would say their dream. They were doing what they loved and were 100% autonomous. Rather than focusing on the tanning business we decided to grow this concept and that's hows UR Salon Suites was born. We have been doing remodeling and officially launched 4/1/2016.
